Let’s face it, products can break. Even the strongest mounts can still break. Not your fault, not our fault, it just happens.
The mounts have been made to survive regular kiting sessions.
If your mount does break during regular use and you can show proof, you might be elligable for a refund or a discount on a new mount.
Each case will be dealt with individually, if you will be elligable for a refund or a discount will depend on how long ago you made your purchase.
If the mount has broken please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org where you provide a short explainations how it happenend and a photo of the broken mount. You do not need to return the broken mount.
When you have ordered a product from jmounts you can return it for free within 30 days. Please make sure the product is undamaged.
Contact email@example.com to issue a refund (your reason is optional) and once we recieve the product we will refund your purchase (excluding delivery costs).
