What is the processing time for my order?

All the kiteboarding handles are printed to order, which typically takes about one week. Please note that as I run this business alongside my full-time job, there may be occasional delays in processing orders.

When will I receive a tracking number for my shipment?

Once your package has been dropped off at the post office, you will receive an email containing the tracking link. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment. I advice to use the 17Track website to track your package.

What are the estimated delivery times for shipping?

Delivery times vary based on the destination. Generally, shipping within Europe takes approximately one week, while shipments outside of Europe may take between two to three weeks.

Are there any shipping restrictions for certain countries?

We offer international shipping; however, delivery times and availability may vary by country. It is advisable to check with your local postal service for any specific restrictions or delays that may apply.

What should I do if my package does not arrive?

If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please check the tracking link provided in your email. If there are any issues or if the package appears to be lost, contact me on instagram or at info@jmounts.com for assistance.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
