I've put alot of effort into making high-quality 3D printed products, meticulously designed for strength and durability. However, I acknowledge that there might be rare instances when things don't go as planned. You are eligible for a full refund under the following condition:
- Product Defect: If the product you receive is broken or defective due to normal use, I will gladly issue a full refund. No need to return the product in this case.
2. Reporting a Defective Product
To request a refund for a defective product, please follow these simple steps:

- Provide your order number, a clear description of the defect, and any relevant photographs to help me assess the issue.

If your refund request is approved, please be assured that I will personally oversee the refund process, which will be completed within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
